Hello, I’m Josh (Jay) Allyn, founder of Allyn Wrench Services and a U.S. Army veteran with 8 years of service in the 2-87 Infantry Regiment (Catamounts) and the 101st Pathfinders.
After years working in the home services industry, I saw a clear opportunity to deliver reliable, high-quality care that homeowners and contractors can truly count on. That’s why I started Allyn Wrench Services in 2024 — to provide consistent home maintenance and professional site preparation with clear communication and dependable execution.

Our seasonal maintenance membership plans are designed to prevent small issues from becoming major problems. Each visit follows our thorough 7-task checklist, including gutters, water heater flush and inspection, exterior sealing, foundation and drainage evaluation, pest entry points, attic ventilation, and plumbing inspection. You’ll receive clear digital reports with photos after every visit, along with Included Home Help Hours for everyday fixes.
Site Preparation for Foundation & Waterproofing Projects
We specialize in professional site preparation that helps foundation and waterproofing projects run smoothly. Our team safely clears obstacles, manages plumbing and electrical needs, and organizes the work area so your contractors can start efficiently and with minimal disruption to your home.
